As 4th generation producers and 3rd generation packers, every jar we sell carries more than six decades of expertise. And an unwavering commitment to honey the way nature intended.

Our bees forage the pristine Victorian forests well away from cities and their pollutants. We never feed our bees sugar syrups to inflate production, and we choose proven natural methods over chemicals at every step. Our honey is processed as gently as possible. Warmed only until liquid, then passed through a bag strainer, so the nutrients stay intact and the flavour remains exactly as the bees made it.

To back our word with independent proof, our organic honey range is certified by Organic Food Chain Australia, certified Kosher for Passover and year-round by Kosher Australia, and our facility holds HACCP certification through Derek Wilson Audit Services.
